Dolswim guarantees a 90% probability to encounter dolphins and a 60% probability to encounter whales. Should we not encounter the Dolphins and / or Whales in any excursion, no cash refund will be entertained. It’s an excursion that relies solely upon Nature and we cannot guarantee Nature at any time.
Reach at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Outings are not recommended to pregnant women.
All children under 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by client: 48 hours or less – No refund
- Cancellation by supplier: Full refund
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
