No, you can register now and book later.
Registration - Do I need to register to make a booking?
Yes you need to. Otherwise, you will not be able to process payments. You can also register while processing payment if you prefer.

Step 1: Click on ‘Account’ on top right corner of your screen
Step 2: Click on ‘My Account’ or ‘Sign-In’
Step 3: Click on ‘Create an Account’
Step 4: Fill in the form with your details
Step 5: Click on ‘Sign up for Newsletter’ if you wish to receive our offers.
You will receive a notification email to confirm your registration.

Booking - How do I search for a service or product?
It is very easy. There are 2 ways of doing this.
You can also click on the respective section e.g. Parties & Events / A Breathtaking Day / Home Assistants / Island Visits / Home Care / Vehicle Services / Corporate and use our filters for more specific services e.g. Birthday Parties / Day Passes / Babysitting Services / Catamarans / Rent A Maid / Rent a Car / Team Building, etc.
On each of the above pages, you can also sort the products/services based on popularity, product/service name or price per room (selection box is on the right-hand corner)
You can just click on a section and all products and services are listed there together for you to choose from. This is quite helpful if you do not know what you need exactly (example catering, team building, etc.)
Booking - How do I make a Booking?
Step 1: Choose your category, then the section and then the service/product – e.g. PARTIES & EVENTS ð BIRTHDAY PARTIES ð KIDS’ BIRTHDAY PARTIES if you want to celebrate your kid’s birthday
Step 3: Read carefully the parts such as ‘Purchase Includes’; ‘Package Details’ & ‘Facilities’ before proceeding with your booking. In this section, you will also find the check in/out information; sizes, restrictions, menus, conditions, cancellation policy, and other technical details.
Step 3: Choose your date first.
Step 4: Choose your number of persons/units/rooms.
Step 5: Your online booking platform will automatically calculate all prices.
Step 6: If you agree to the price, click on ‘ADD TO CART’
Step 7: Click on ‘CART’ Symbol to view your product/s details. Edit to review or remove if wanted to delete a product or click on ‘Continue Shopping’ if you want to add more products.
Booking - How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
After completing and sending us your order form, you will get an automatic receipt e-mail containing your order number. This order number should be quoted when communicating with us. Within 24 hours, you will receive our reply. The confirmation serves you as a voucher so please do not forget to print it out and take it with you as it contains all the vital details of your purchase that you will need to present to the service supplier.
Booking - Can I book your services by telephone, e-mail or fax?
Unfortunately not. If you wish to make a booking, please fill in the order form on our website.
Booking - I made a booking but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?
Before finalizing your booking please double check your e-mail address because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our clients do not receive their confirmations. In some cases, our e-mails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well. In any case, please try to contact us by e-mail as we will be very happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Booking - How many products can I book at once?
You can book as many as are available for selected period.
Booking – Can I book for my foreign friends as well?
Please check the conditions for each product/service as some are restricted to Mauritian citizens with a valid ID, to foreign with a valid work permit and to Mauritians living abroad but holding a Mauritian ID.

Once you have made a booking, you need to process your payment in order to get a confirmation from takeabreath.mu.
Payment – How do I pay?
Once you have completed your shopping cart, please proceed as follows:-
Step 1: Click on ‘Proceed to Check Out’
Step 2: Fill-in the required fields in the part ‘Review & Payment’. Check the part regarding ‘Order & Summary’ before proceeding to the payment.
Step 3: Click on ‘Place Order’
Step 4: Pay on Juice or Internet Banking/Direct Bank Deposit to:

Step 5: Please share payment reference number once transfer is done by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order #.
Once payment is received, you will then receive an email to confirm receipt of your payment.
All bookings are incomplete and invalid until payment is done and you have received the Booking Confirmation email from us.
Do you require any deposit or payment in advance?
Generally no deposit or prepayment is requested. However, there are few exceptions applicable for big events or group booking.
CHANGE OF A BOOKING / CANCELLATION
How do I cancel my booking?
Please click on the link provided in the confirmation and cancel your booking.
How do I know that my booking is cancelled?
When your booking is cancelled, you will get a cancellation confirmation from us. If you don’t hear back from us in 30 minutes, please get in touch with us by some other means (e-mail).
What cancellation conditions do you have? When at latest can I change the booking without being charged any fee?
Each product/service has its own cancellation policy and for this information always check the ‘Package Details’.
What if the local service provider cancels activity / services booking?
Note that if your activity or service is cancelled by the service provider you will always have the option to re-schedule the date or time, and if not possible to re-schedule, you will be refunded in total.
How can I get a refund?
We will refund you the amount less any cancellation charges and less bank charges (at your expense) via the same payment method that you used for your booking.
Do you charge any fees for your services?
No. We pride ourselves with our no hidden cost procedure. All our products/services include prevailing government taxes. Or service is completely free of charge and we will not add to your invoice any additional fee for our service.
How do I check by bookings?
Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders’.
