Let’s get one thing straight from the start: we don’t own a chateau, we don’t operate any vineyards, and we don’t work with grapes…

So please, don’t ask us to talk to you about ancestral traditions or century-old plots of land… We would be very embarrassed and you would certainly be disappointed!

On the other hand, we can talk to you for hours about our challenge, our winemaking techniques, our dedicated team, our vision…

Writing about oenology differently: with a lot of audacity, a fair amount of technique and a lot of pleasure, that is the aim of our work.

We take up the challenge of surprising you with the origin, originality and authenticity of our exceptional wines made from lychees from the terroir of Mauritius.
